Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The HadesSMP store sells digital goods and perks for the HadesSMP Minecraft community. The storefront is operated by Voidline, LLC. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Tebex Limited.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have a parent/guardian complete the purchase for you. You are responsible for the Minecraft username you enter—packages are delivered to that exact name.

3. Virtual goods

All store items (including ranks, crate keys, coins, cosmetics, and similar perks) are virtual digital goods licensed for use on HadesSMP. You do not acquire ownership of Minecraft, server software, or any underlying intellectual property.

Virtual goods have no real-world cash value outside the server, are non-transferable except as we expressly allow, and may be modified, reset, or removed if we change gameplay systems, wipe maps, or enforce rules.

4. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown on the store and may include sales or discounts. Currency is determined by our Tebex store configuration. Taxes or payment-provider fees may apply at checkout.

By paying, you authorize Tebex to charge the selected payment method for the order total. A completed payment does not guarantee permanent access if you later violate server rules or these Terms.

5. Delivery

Digital packages are typically delivered in-game shortly after payment confirmation, often within a few minutes while you are online (or on next join, depending on command settings).

You must enter the correct Java or Bedrock username. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by typos, the wrong platform selection, offline-mode mismatches, or accounts you no longer use.

If a package does not arrive, open a support ticket on Discord with your username, package name, and payment/transaction details.

6. Refunds

Because store items are instantly deliverable digital goods, all sales are generally final once payment is completed and delivery has been attempted.

Chargebacks and payment disputes filed without first contacting support may result in removal of purchased perks and restriction from future purchases. If you have a genuine delivery problem, contact us first so we can help.

Refund exceptions, if any, are handled case-by-case at our discretion or as required by applicable law or Tebex policy.

7. Conduct and enforcement

Purchasing does not exempt you from HadesSMP rules. Cheating, scamming, harassment, exploiting bugs, chargeback abuse, or reselling virtual goods without permission may result in removal of perks, bans, and denial of future store access—without refund where permitted by law.

8. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the store, server, or any virtual good. Maintenance, outages, map resets, and game updates may affect availability or item behavior.

9. Intellectual property

Store branding, logos, copy, and related materials are owned by Voidline, LLC or used under license. You may not copy or reuse them for competing stores or commercial purposes without permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE STORE AND VIRTUAL GOODS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIDLINE, LLC AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE STORE OR VIRTUAL GOODS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voidline, LLC and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or disputes related to the username you provided at checkout.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
